Required Proof for Refund
To process a refund request for a non-working digital gift card code, customers are required to provide the following evidence:
- Screenshot of the Error Message: A clear screenshot showing the error encountered when attempting to use the digital gift card code.
- Visible Account Currency or Account Country: Evidence of the account currency or the country setting to ensure the digital gift card code matches the account's region or currency settings. This can be a screenshot showing the account settings page with the currency or country visibly indicated.
- Account History: A screenshot of the account history indicating that the code has not been applied to the account.
This information is crucial for our team to verify the claim and process the refund accordingly.

Non-Eligible Refund Requests
